Message of condolences to President Benigno S. Aquino III of the Republic of the Philippines over devastating floods caused by tropical storm

Dear Mr. President,

Please accept my personal sympathy and the condolences of the Lithuanian people over the devastating consequences caused by Tropical Storm Washi which resulted in the loss of hundreds of innocent lives and left thousands of people homeless.

In this hour of immense pain and grief, I wish strength and fortitude to the victims' families and friends, to you, Mr. President, and to the people of the Philippines.
